RFP - Wildhawk Phase 1
The Sacramento County Water Agency (hereinafter, ?Agency?) is soliciting proposals for engineering consultant services associated with the design and construction of a water supply project in the southern portion of Sacramento County. The Agency plans to construct a water treatment and storage facility that will serve the Vineyard Springs Comprehensive Plan area and other outlying portions of the Agency?s Zone 40 public water supply system. The consultant will conduct preliminary investigations, provide all necessary engineering and design work, develop plans, specifications and bid documents (including addenda), assist in bidding and contract award processes, and will also provide technical support and oversight services during construction and start-up of the designed improvements.
